Byggassistent AI provides a digital tool to facilitate and improve construction project management and processes, as well as to offer consultations on compliance with regulatory requirements (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). You may access and use the Service only in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to you as a User and to the use of the Service. By registering and using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

User Account Creation

Byggassistent AI provides various features, including AI analysis, compliance consultation, efficient document management, and decision-making recommendations.
The Service helps to:

Analyze and structure documents, facilitating daily workflows and saving time.
Provide recommendations through automated analysis, helping professionals make informed and strategic decisions.
Ensure that all project participants are well-informed and empowered to act, thanks to clear analysis results and accurate information.
The system is regularly maintained, improved, and updated. However, it is important to note that the data, forecasts, or analysis provided within the Service are for informational purposes only, and the final decision is the User's responsibility.
Service Availability
By using the Service and submitting information, the User confirms and guarantees:
That they have ensured the legality of using the Service.
That the submitted information is not defamatory, offensive, or misleading.
That Byggassistent AI has the right to use the data entered or uploaded by the User into the System in any format necessary for providing the Service.
That they will not engage in activities that compromise the security, stability, or performance of the System.

- That they assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the entered data and ensure that it complies with applicable regulatory requirements.
- That when entering other individuals' personal data into the System, the User has obtained their consent or ensures that they have a legal basis for submitting such data.
- That if using the Service on behalf of their employer or a legal entity, they are authorized to bind the employer or legal entity to these Terms. Furthermore, these Terms apply to and are binding on anyone authorized by the employer or legal entity to access or use the Service.
Byggassistent AI has the right to terminate the User's access to the Service without prior notice if the Terms are violated or if the User utilizes the System for unlawful purposes.
If there are significant changes to the Service terms, Byggassistent AI will inform the User in a timely manner.
User Rights and Support
The User has the option to discontinue using the Service by stopping visits to the website or deleting their account.
The User can delete their account, submit a complaint, or request assistance by contacting Byggassistent AI via email at info@byggassistent.se
Byggassistent AI will respond to complaints or requests no later than 5 business days.
Third-Party Content
The construction industry involves sensitive information, such as building projects and financial data. Byggassistent AI will not unlawfully use or share User data with third parties without the User’s consent.
The Service utilizes a third-party artificial intelligence tool – OpenAI.
The third-party tool may access data entered by Users (contracts, documents, submitted questions, and other uploaded or entered information). OpenAI is integrated into the System and processes User-entered data solely for technical analysis. The System provides results necessary for the Service, including data analysis, evaluation of submitted queries, and the provision of recommendations or guidelines.
By using the Service, you agree to the use of the third-party artificial intelligence tool.
The use of and reliance on third-party content or services is the sole responsibility of the Users.
Limitation of Liability
Byggassistent AI will always strive to resolve any issues that arise but will not compensate for any losses or damages (of any kind and regardless of their cause) related to:
Our website or System;
The use of, inability to use, or results of using our website, System, and any materials provided therein;
Any inaccuracies or unexpected failures in the website or System.
Byggassistent AI is not liable for any losses incurred based on the System's analysis or recommendations (unless this contradicts national consumer protection laws). This limitation of liability does not apply to cases involving intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Byggassistent AI.
Byggassistent AI is not responsible for errors or problem-solving in construction processes, and final decisions remain the User's responsibility.
Rights to Generated Content
The tools and AI algorithms used in providing the Service are licensed in accordance with applicable patents and copyrights. The conditions regarding the content generated by the System are as follows:
The User retains rights to the uploaded data (documents, contracts, etc.).
The content generated by the System is the property of the User, and the User is not restricted in their rights to use the obtained content.
Byggassistent AI may use generated data for System research or Service improvement.
Other Terms
Byggassistent AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the website.
These Terms come into effect as soon as the User registers for the Service and remain valid until the account is deleted or the Service is terminated.
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia:
In the event of a dispute between legal entities, Latvian jurisdiction applies, and all disputes shall be resolved in Latvian courts.
In the event of a dispute with individual consumers, the applicable laws and jurisdiction shall be those of the country where the consumer has permanent residence, in accordance with the European Union consumer protection regulations.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Byggassistent AI regarding the provision of the Service. Information about the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
